Listened to one of many interviews with Juan O'Savin this last week. One interviewer asked if we could trust Pence. Juan paused for a second and said (paraphrased), 'Well, he did get an envelope'.
And just fyi, interviewer asked what the envelopes said. Juan said he only saw one and would not discuss. He said they were all a little different due to person involved or circumstances involved, per his understanding.
He's up shit creek no matter what he does.
