Don't worry Anon, Tor is much like using Firefox. In fact, look at it this way. Tor rides on top of Firefox. The big difference is a "normal" browser uses mostly "world wide web" addresses whereas Tor uses Onion network addresses (this page, for example, is http://jthnx5wyvjvzsxtu.onion/qresearch/res/12343848.html)
You'll see that the "dark web" URL is much the same as clear/surface web.

Keep an eye on the NoScript extension that ships with Tor. If your content is not loading, it may be blocked there. It resides in the upper-right corner of the Tor browser. Or you can get it through the Browser's menu under Options.
