I've served in the military and every now and then the flagstaff person inadvertently raises the flag upside down.
Happens with new recruits…

Not usually the case on a Tuesday night, but it's possible.
It's not usually from being 'hung over' either.
It happens when at the bottom with the flag all folded and the upper clip being mistaken for the bottom clip, or vice versa, and not taking into account the direction the flag will go when pulling on the cord.
It is not difficult for even stone cold sober colors staff to think the flag is right side up but when the cord is pulled the flag flips around.
I'll bet 100% there are concernfag demoralization shills on 8kun idiotically believing their convincing anyone.
