A lawsuit accuses California officials of rampant election-code violations and fraud that irreparably contaminated the results of the 2020 election.

“The lack of integrity in our elections strikes at the heart of our republic,” said Joshua Kroot of Primary Law Group, one of the teams working on the case on behalf of the Election Integrity Project. “The failure to correct this problem immediately will do irreparable injury to our nation and devastate the credibility of all elections into the distant future.”

While more than 60 lawsuits have been filed following the Nov. 3 general election on behalf of President Trump, the complaint goes further, challenging the entire election procedure in California. It also is significant because it requires the decertification of California’s November election results, a move that by itself, could deprive Joe Biden of the presidency.

Biden is expected to get 306 Electoral College votes of 270 needed to win. But California’s lode is 55 votes.

It calls for the decertification of the election results, pending an audit of the ballots. And it asks for an order protecting evidence since “state and county officials are moving quickly to deny access to or wipe stored information from these machines, software and materials so that no such audit can be carried out.”

The complaint also asks for a determination that various state actions creating open elections circumstances are unconstitutional.

Gantz: ‘Events’ with Iran possible amid US administration change

Remarks add to the current assessments in the IDF, in which there is a possibility of an Iranian attack through its proxies

While the tensions are felt in the region ahead of the coming change in the White House, Defense Minister Benny Gantz said that he sees a possibility of “events happening in the Iranian front.”

When asked in an interview on Ynet on Monday if there is a chance that the situation with Iran will “erupt,” Gantz responded that he thinks that “there is a chance we will see ‘events.’

“I don’t know if the situation will erupt. An eruption of the situation is a function of what will happen in these events.

“I must add that the IDF and the rest of the Israeli security forces are on alert, and are well aware of what is happening in this front.”

Gantz said that this current period of time is a sensitive one, especially due to the coming changes in the American administration.

Gantz’s remarks add to the current assessments in the IDF, in which there is a possibility of an Iranian attack through its proxies - especially in the “second circle countries” such as Yemen and Iraq.

On Saturday, an IDF senior source told The Jerusalem Post that the IDF has held discussions at the planning level and has reviewed possible scenarios of different attacks.

In mid-December, Chief of Staff Lt.-Gen. Aviv Kochavi warned Iran and its proxies that if they try to strike at Israel or Israeli targets, they will be attacked by the IDF and pay a heavy price.

“We are hearing more and more threats against Israel coming from Iran,” he said. “If Iran and its partners… attack the State of Israel, they will [pay] a heavy price.

“I am simplifying things and describing the situation to our enemies,” he added. “Our retaliation plans are prepared, and they have been rehearsed.”

Tensions were felt earlier this week in the northern border, while Lebanon commemorated the one-year anniversary of the assassination of Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani.

Protests and ceremonies were held adjacent to the Israel-Lebanese border on Sunday, and at the height of the events, the IDF declared Metulla a closed military zone. The restrictions in the area, which included the entrance of foreigners into town, were lifted after two hours.

Also on Sunday, Hezbollah Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah said in a speech that Iran is a strong country, and that is doesn’t need the help of its proxies to carry out an attack.

Dr. Anthony Fauci predicted on Tuesday that life in the United States could begin to return to 'some degree of normality' by early fall but only if COVID-19 vaccination rollout increases rapidly.

The nation's top infectious disease expert said that by fall, he hopes that 280 million people will have been vaccinated, the predicted number needed to reach herd immunity.

He added that if vaccinations begin at a stepped-up pace soon, the impact on new infections could even be seen by the spring, but predicts several more difficult weeks with post-holiday surges before this takes effect.

Fauci claimed that the U.S. could soon be giving at least a million COVID-19 vaccinations a day despite the current pace only just having reached roughly half of that number.

The slow pace is frustrating health officials and a desperate public alike, with only about a third of the first supplies shipped to states used as of Tuesday morning, just over three weeks into the vaccination campaign.

'Any time you start a big program, there's always glitches. I think the glitches have been worked out,' Fauci told The Associated Press.

Vaccinations have already begun speeding up, reaching roughly half a million injections a day, he pointed out.

Now, with the holidays over, 'once you get rolling and get some momentum, I think we can achieve 1 million a day or even more,' Fauci said.

He called President-elect Joe Biden's goal of 100 million vaccinations in his first 100 days 'a very realistic, important, achievable goal.'

It's an optimistic prediction considering the logistical hurdles facing states and counties as they struggle to administer rationed vaccine supplies amid rising COVID-19 hospitalizations.

Fauci pointed to California's swamped hospitals and exhausted workers even before holiday travel and family gatherings added fuel to the outbreak.

Fauci estimated that between 70 percent and 85 percent of the U.S. population will need to be vaccinated to achieve 'herd immunity,' meaning enough people are protected that it's difficult for the virus to continue spreading.

That translates to as many as 280 million people, which he is hoping to achieve that by the start of next fall.

The coronavirus has killed more than 357,000 Americans, and the next few weeks could bring another jump in infections nationally that 'could make matters even worse,' Fauci said.

The Trump administration had promised to provide states enough vaccine for 20 million people in December, and fell short even as states struggled with their role - getting shots into people's arms, starting mostly with health care workers and nursing home residents.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, roughly 4.8 million doses of more than 17 million delivered had been used by Tuesday morning.

Former U.S. Congressman charged in 2014, 2015, 2016 fraud to add votes to voting machines, then certify the machine counts as accurate

A former U.S. Congressman was charged in July with "stuffing" the ballot boxes in 2014, 2015 and 2016 primary elections.

According to prosecutors, Michael "Ozzie" Myers (D-Penn.) conspired with and bribed the former Judge of Elections for the 39th Ward, 36th Division, Domenick J. Demuro, who oversaw all federal and local elections in his area.

Demuro pleaded guilty.

Here's how prosecutors say the operation worked. (These allegations are accusations and are not considered proven in a court of law.)

Myers acted as a "consultant" for federal, state and local political candidates, including some running for judgeships.

Myers used a portion of his "consulting fees" to bribe Demuro and others "in return for tampering with election results."

The payments to Demuro ranged from $300 to $5,000 per election.

Demuro would "illegally add votes for certain candidates of their mutual party [Democrats] in primary elections."

Demuro would "add fraudulent votes on the voting machine – also known as 'ringing up' votes" for Myers’ clients and preferred candidates."

At Myers’ direction, Demuro would add these fraudulent votes to the totals during Election Day, and then would later falsely certify that the voting machine results were accurate.

Myers, now in his 70s, was expelled from Congress in 1980 after reportedly taking a bribe in the infamous FBI Abscam case.

In the wake of the presidential election, concerns over the safety of our great nation’s borders have been brought to light, as immigration is perhaps one of the most contested issues in today’s political climate.

On the night of December 29, up to 400 migrants – mostly from Cuba – forced their way past Mexican immigration and over turnstiles on the Paso del Norte Bridge, seeking to force their way into El Paso, Texas.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection Mobile Field Force officers met them in riot gear and used concrete blocks to prevent the surge as many of the migrants chanted “Biden! Biden!” Many of them demanded they be let in.

But with Trump currently in office, that won’t happen.

The migrants with Biden on their minds were met with a recorded message broadcasting over speakers in both English and Spanish warning that any further trouble would be met by force, arrests and prosecution. The message blared until the crowd dispersed, Center for Immigration Studies reports.

Biden has several times promised an amnesty bill, an end to deportations and a reversal of Trump immigration policies during his first 100 days in office, a message which, according to Enrique Valenzuela – head of the Chihuahua State Council for Population and Migration – is spreading like wildfire on social media.

Migrants are expecting to be let in immediately.

“There is the expectation, there is hope and there is enthusiasm in them who believe that with the change of administration comes new measures and that they will immediately enter and there will be new conditions that will allow them to request asylum,” he said in an interview with Mexican newspaper El Sol de Parral.

This isn’t the first occasion of migrants trying to force their way in, and it certainly won’t be the last.

117 State Legislators From Contested Battleground States Ask VP Pence to Delay Certification of Electoral Votes

More than 100 state legislators from contested key states asked Vice President Mike Pence to delay the certification of electoral votes by 10 days.

The state lawmakers are asking for more time to investigate voter fraud and irregularities to determine whether the election results for Joe Biden should be decertified.

Article II Clause 1 Section 2 of the Constitution gives state legislatures plenary power to choose which electors are sent to Congress.

“We intend on fulfilling our oaths of office by properly investigating and determining whether the election should be certified, or decertified, by our respective state legislatures,” the lawmakers wrote in a letter to Pence. “Additional time must be afforded for the legislatures to meet and for state legislators to fulfill their constitutional duties.”

While Pence has said he supports lawmakers who are concerned about the conduct of the November election, he has not indicated whether he’d be willing to go as far as delaying counting votes from states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Georgia, Arizona and Pennsylvania or whether such a manuever would be deemed constitutional by the Supreme Court.

Nonetheless, the 11th hour letters from state legislators added to a growing momentum among Republicans to contest Joe Biden’s declared election victory.

“We write to ask you to comply with our reasonable request to afford our nation more time to properly review the 2020 election by postponing the January 6th opening and counting of the electoral votes for at least 10 days, affording our respective bodies to meet, investigate, and as a body vote on certification or decertification of the election,” one letter to Pence signed by 88 state Republican legislators read. “This action can be completed prior to the inauguration date, as required by the Constitution.”

That letter attached an appendix listing irregularities and illegalities in the battleground states where Trump has contested the election results showing Biden the winner.

The appendix, the lawmakers wrote, “provides evidence of a coordinated and structured multi-state effort to undermine state law protecting election integrity.”

That letter was organized by a 501(c)(4) group called Got Freedom after state legislators had a private call with Trump over the weekend to brief the president on their concerns. The group said the legislators asked it to organize a single letter for many to sign.

Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis Monday night suggested Vice President Mike Pence could defer certifying the election results for Joe Biden on Wednesday when Congress meets and instead send requests to the state legislatures.

In an interview with Just The News, Jenna Ellis said Pence would simply defer the question to the state legislatures in contested states with dueling electors to clarify which slate of electors the state will approve.

“What Mike Pence could do, and what he should do, in fact, is to direct a question back to the state legislatures when there are two competing slates of delegates from these six states, he can ask that question to the states and say, well, state legislators, you know, I have an oath to the Constitution to uphold the Constitution as written in Article II Section 1.2 which says the state legislatures direct the manner in which electoral delegates are selected. So you tell me which of these two slates was selected in the manner that your state general assembly has designated,” Jenna Ellis said during an appearance on Just the News with David Brody.

DeKalb County fired an election manager after a series of errors in the audit of ballots in November.

“Due to technical issues, the remaining 19,000 ballots must be manually scanned in order to be tabulated and added to the total vote count. Georgia’s voting system provides built-in

safeguards, in the form of paper ballots that allow us to quickly process ballots that are electronically cast,” the county said in a statement shared by Alec McQuade of 11 Alive News. “These outstanding paper ballots are currently being scanned and the tabulation will be completed as quickly as possible and in compliance with state guidelines.”

CNN reporter Nick Valencia tweeted that 19,000 ballots in DeKalb “‘must be manually scanned in order to be tabulated and added to the total vote count’ due to technical issues.”

A county statement in November when the election manager was fired said that, “it has come to our attention that a DeKalb VRE manager, who is now a former employee, failed to follow our established protocols and blatantly disregarded the required processes we utilize to account for and record all legal and verified ballots.”

DeKalb County election observers also caught an impossible batch of votes for Joe Biden.

As of 2:11 a.m. Wednesday, which was the last election results update from the Georgia Secretary of State's Office, Ossoff leads Perdue with 266,316 votes — or 82.96 percent — while Perdue has 54,698 votes, or 17.04 percent.

Warnock has 83.58 percent of the votes, or 268,342 votes, while Loeffler has 16.42 percent of the votes, or 52,403 votes.

Israel went on demolition spree in 2020

While people around the world were told to stay home due to the pandemic, Israel made more Palestinians homeless in 2020 than it has in years.

Israel demolished and confiscated more than 850 Palestinian structures throughout the year, displacing 1,000 people. More than half of those displaced were children.

Israel targeted almost any kind of structure Palestinians need for sustainable life, including homes, agricultural buildings, infrastructure and water sanitation facilities.

The number of demolitions last year was also the highest annual total since United Nations monitoring group OCHA began keeping records in 2009 – with the exception of 2016.

These figures do not include some 5,000 Palestinians whose livelihood was affected by demolitions and seizures throughout the year without being displaced.

In 2020, the number of Palestinians who had to demolish their own homes in occupied East Jerusalem under Israeli orders also increased. Palestinians are coerced to do this to avoid having to pay for Israeli wrecking crews.

Area C

The vast majority of demolitions and seizures took place in occupied East Jerusalem and Area C, the 60 percent of the occupied West Bank that remains under complete Israeli military rule.

Most of Area C was supposed to be gradually transferred to Palestinian Authority control following the signing of the Oslo accords in the 1990s. But that never happened.

Israel controls all planning and construction in the area under an openly discriminatory regime.

Palestinians are subjected to Israeli military orders that regulate every aspect of their lives, while Israeli settlers living in Jewish-only colonies built illegally in occupied territory are subject to Israeli civil law.

Israel forbids virtually all Palestinian construction in Area C.

“Palestinians are allowed to build in less than one percent of Area C and in only about 15 percent of East Jerusalem,” OCHA recently stated.

This forces Palestinians to build on their own land without Israeli permits and live in constant fear that Israeli occupation forces may seize or destroy their property.

“This system works primarily to demolish structures,” Israeli human rights group B’Tselem stated, and is part of Israel’s long-term efforts to change the demographics in the area and ensure a Jewish majority in preparation for annexation.

Palestinians are also denied access to basic infrastructure, such as water and electricity, in those areas. Many rely on donor-funded solar panels for electricity and water storage.

But even donated structures are not safe from Israeli destruction.

In 2020, Israel demolished or confiscated about $350,000 worth of donor-funded structures, many provided by the European Union.

Apart from muted statements and photo opportunities at sites threatened with demolition, the EU has done nothing to hold Israel accountable for destroying tens of millions of dollars of projects funded by European taxpayers over the years.

Kentucky principal serving time in federal prison for child pornography is ordered to pay $3.6M for sharing students' nude photos from their confiscated cellphones online

A disgraced Kentucky high school principal who is currently serving a nine-year sentence for a child pornography conviction has been ordered to pay $3.6million in damages to former students whose naked photos he had shared online.

A federal judge in Louisville last week recommended the judgment against Stephen Goodlett, 40, as part of a civil lawsuit that six women who previously attended LaRue County High School had filed against their former principal, alleging libel and Fourth Amendment violations.

Goodlett was sentenced to federal prison in February 2018 after he admitted to copying nude photos from female students' confiscated cellphones and sending them to a Russia-based pornography-swapping website.

Magistrate Judge Regina Edwards recommended that each of the plaintiffs should get $600,000, including $150,000 in compensatory damages and $450,000 in punitive damages, reported Louisville Courier-Journal.

'An examination of the record shows that Plaintiffs have in fact suffered, and will continue to suffer, mental anguish, embarrassment, and damage to their respective reputations as a result of their private photographs being published on the internet,' wrote the judge. 'Many of the plaintiffs endured negative or lewd comments from family, friends, and acquaintances informing them that they had seen Plaintiffs’ nude or semi-nude images on the internet.'

One of the plaintiffs said she has 'an irrational fear of being kidnapped' and does not trust men.

Another woman who sued the principal said whenever she meets new people or potential employers, she is concerned they know about her leaked nude photos.

As a teacher at Elizabethtown High School south of Louisville and then principal of LaRue County High School for three years until he was fired in 2016, Goodlett was respected in his church and community. But prosecutors said he was covertly searching the confiscated student cellphones of teenage girls for nude photos, and saving them to thumb drives to be viewed, uploaded and traded on the internet.

His downfall came after a 20-year-old alumna of LaRue County High learned that naked images she had taken for her boyfriend when she was 15 had been uploaded to a Russian pornography website.

The woman contacted the Elizabethtown police, who called in federal authorities. They traced the images to an account registered by Goodlett, and then searched his devices.

A federal complaint says the initial police review of Goodlett's devices found 60 examples of child pornography. Records show a more thorough forensic review found 436 images and 11 videos.

Corrupt Georgia Election Official Gabe Sterling Blames President Trump For Republican Senate Losses, Says Ossoff will Win by a Wide Margin

Georgia’s ‘voting system implementation manager’ Gabe Sterling Wednesday morning trashed President Trump and blamed him for the Republican Senate losses.

Sterling is not employed by the Georgia Secretary of State’s office. He is an independent contractor doing the dirty work for Dominion voting systems.

Gabe Sterling praised the Democrat party for their “hard work” in turning out 100,000 more voters for the runoff election than they did in November.

“While Republicans were busy attacking the governor and my boss, the Democrats were out there knocking on doors and getting people to turn out to vote,” Sterling said trashing Trump.

Warnock was declared the winner early Wednesday morning and Sterling said Ossoff will likely beat Perdue by a wide enough margin to avoid an automatic recount.

There were several reports of Dominion machines breaking down in heavily Republican precincts where the voters were told the elections officials will scan their ballots later.

Poll observers in Fulton County on Tuesday were being blocked by barriers.

Single individuals were scanning and adjudicating ballots without Republican observers at the World Congress Center.

Votes were being removed from Republican candidates live on air.

Several Democrat precincts just stopped counting last night as the Republican candidates pulled ahead.

Facing Sexual Assault Charges, Air Force Colonel Heads to Court-Martial

An Air Force colonel will soon face a court-martial after being charged with sexual assault under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

Col. Sean McNamara, of the 316th Medical Support Squadron at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, has been charged with three specifications under Article 120 of the UCMJ, which pertains to rape and sexual assault, a spokesperson from the base confirmed to Military.com. His case is set to go to trial March 29, the spokesperson said. Air Force Times was first to report the news.

The Air Force brought charges against McNamara in October following an investigation that began in 2019. McNamara was previously the commander of the 39th Medical Group at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.

According to a charge sheet provided to Military.com, McNamara is accused of touching the groin, breast and genitals of an unidentified woman without her consent in a December 2019 incident near Leesburg, Virginia. That year, McNamara also served in the Air Force Office of the Surgeon General in Falls Church, Virginia, according to the Air Force.

Following the incident, the alleged victim "approached the Sexual Assault Prevention Response (SAPR) advocate," the spokesperson said. "The information was promptly turned over to the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. The case went to an Article 32 preliminary hearing for review prior to the Air Force's referral of charges."

Officials at Joint Base Andrews declined to offer details about McNamara's current assignment ahead of trial.

"The Air Force takes allegations of misconduct very seriously regardless of rank," the spokesperson said. "However, airmen are presumed innocent until proven guilty in accordance with due process."

McNamara's trial will follow the convening of an Article 32 preliminary hearing into sexual assault allegations against another senior Air Force officer, Maj. Gen. William Cooley, who led the Air Force Research Lab for roughly two and a half years.

The hearing for Cooley, who was removed from his post last year, will be held later this month and will be used to determine whether charges will be brought to trial.

The Air Force brought three specifications of sexual assault against Cooley in November.

If charges against Cooley are referred, he would be the first general officer in the Air Force's history to face a court-martial, Don Christensen, president of advocacy group Protect Our Defenders and a retired Air Force colonel, told Air Force Times in November.
