Lawfag, can you explain to us how these sealed federal indictments work? Would people like Hillary be aware of or have already seen their own indictment even though it's still sealed? Thanks.

Will the indictment ultimately be used to obtain an arrest warrant? I assume they will be arrested then the indictment will be unsealed at their arraignment?
