lawfag here

gave up my license because of this

best advice i can give is stay cool

make them spend time and money to get their way

file papers to doc your position and always keep a copy of everything

be friendly with court staffers one on one

ask them for help very nicely/privately

many will if they are not "seen" doing it

they understand your issues but they cannot admit it

take your time

do not let them hurry or bully you ever

be polite but ask questions of the court

they will notice how you dd things that could come back to bite them

you cannot beat the system in one court case esp your own case

live to fight another day

not really on topic but i can say you have to go where land is cheap, low tax low reg and free water - not too hot not to cold

if you map it out that takes you to WVA or KY

you need just over 10 acres then can build anything you want w/o permits except a house

but you can tow a trailer or RV on and no one bothers you

if you have job skills always easy to stay busy and under the radar or you can live outside a small town and workfag

do not plan to make $$$ farming

if you can scrape $50000 you can do it all and be debt free - if not you have to workfag off homestead

go from there….. good luck

grand jury is secret panel of citizens who hear from the pros. that so and so did such and such

if the grand jury says probable cause a crime has been committed (and they always do) then the pros issues an indictment

if the pros is not ready to arrest then the indictment is filed and sealed

the target would NOT know unless there was a leak

usually the reason it is sealed is to prevent knowledge of the target and flight and/or destruction of evidence witnesses etc
