I have court in a few weeks. I'm terrified as fuck. Common Law. We NEED it. The DA & my attorney left the court room after my hearing and literally traded paperwork and I NEVER got a copy until 8 months later when a warrant forced me to go back to court where I explained the situation and even signed up for classes on my own and out of my own pocket with the help of my family. My last progress report, a female judge was such a cunt she didn't care about the work I did regardless of the bullshit system hiding important documents. But a male judge was willing to see it if I had brought it with me the second time. The mother of my child was tracked down (who I haven't seen in 5 years because she kidnapped my kid and the system enabled it all til this very day) gave the same false statement she used to attempt to get a restraining on me lying saying I was abuse but I went to court that day and redplled the judge on the issue and was able to get a custody order. Yet the dirty pig Masonic cop used her false statement to bolster evidence and make it look like I was some predatory creep. I'm just so fucking tired of this system letting pedos & illegals get away scott free while we have to pick up the slack with sentences that don't make sense. I wish Q could help fix the legal system in CA. This is just too much.
