my problem with that narrative is that the individual appears to be armed. I assumed protesters would have been searched, but in anycase, I don't imagine that open carry would have been possible.
Who wears body cams?
Who wears side arm?
Who would be able to execute arrests here?
I do not purport to know these answers, but I reject the idea that armed protesters were preparing to take hostages, and openly flaunting law enforcement gear.
