Speculating here, but I'm thinking the killing of an innocent women was also planned. The overall plan is obvious, but I think some scumbag said, "we need a killing", the regular violence isn't enough. we need a death to blame Trump for." And so some spook paid off a corrupt capitol hill cop to waste an innocent bystander. Watch what happens to the cop. Just some speculation on my part. And may she rest in peace, in the arms of the King.
