In any crime one has to get the perpertrators in the act to have an actual crime.
Example:
In a drug bust in a movie how many times have you seen a bust go bad when the cops acted before the sale of the goods and money change hands? When that happened there was no case.
Same here. POTUS has to give everyone a chance to either back away from an act of treason (objecting to the fraudulent Electors) or letting them commit treason (not objecting to the fraudulent Electors).
PPOTUS HAS to allow this show to play out before he acts. Then there will be an actionable to prosecute (via Military Tribunal as evidenced by the judges who refused to hear his cases or threw them out).
Not only is POTUS playing a huge high stakes game, but he has all his bases covered. He gave everyone MULTIPLE opportunities to uncorrupt themselves. Very few did.
He did this because he is a good man at heart. But he is also ruthless when it comes to those who usurp authority from the people who are the real Sovereigns.
He is working for not only Americans but for the ENTIRE world and he is up against the most evil and corrupt people the world has ever seen.
