So if Potus loses all means to talk to people would his only option be EAM. Suppose he starts his message with something very revealing, getting everyone's attention and they cut off his transmission.

All communication is off line. No phones, no internet.

People are suddenly wondering why would the transmission be cut. A lot of pro Trump will know why or begin to. Anti-Trumps will not understand and will blame Trump…at first.

Now, everytime they try to reactivate communications, Trump is there continuing his monolog with more evidence dumping to the internet.

Communication goes out again. People have more time to think about what they have heard and seen.

This could go on for days. Off and on, off and on. The longer people are without communication the more pissed off they will get(and hopefully more informed) and it won't be directed toward Potus.
