The data embedded in the files is the comms, the images are the cover. The US Flags have all sorts of layers to them, excessively so at minimum.

US Flags should have three obvious colors. These images have more like 165 colors.

Neat. All three of the images anon posted have the same? (didn't fully verify after first three lines) string embedded in them.

I tested against some random other images from the internet and I get more reasonable results that doesn't look like an encrypted message.
