btw, what this is describing is CRISPR, tho they are VERY careful to avoid using that term. it is in vivo gene editing. it rewrites the DNA in every cell of your body, deleting and/or adding genes. in the first place, it makes you a walking talking GMO, and according to our beloved scotus, that makes you the legal physical property of moderna. second, as far back as 2005, darpa was developing CRISPR technology to rewrite the genes that are responsible for mental and emotional responses, eg, they can remove the gene that makes you question authority, or whatever else suits their NWO needs.
