I just figured it out Anons.

On Election night the Philadelphia counting center received a truck load of paper ballots between 2:30am and 4am.EST. Potus gave a presser at 2:00 am saying hopefully boxes of ballots don't appear between 2:30 am and 4:00am. When Trump went to bed he was ahead and won the state. When he woke up Biden won. The opposite is happening tonight. The Congress began with the Pennsylvania challenge and the Senate announced to the House they were ready joint certify the electoral votes sat 2:30 am. By the time this is over, Pence will have done the right thing and Trump will be certified the winner probably around 4am.
