But did the Senate adjourn?
Then how was it that Pence addressed the Senate right after the house was adjourned?
It's fkn late and the feed I was watching is gone now but I swear I heard the word ajdourned the first time, then went back and heard pence say the joint session was dissolved, couldn't find adjourned.
So is the house and senate adjourned now and doesn't that give PDJT extra authorities? or is there a different phrase they need to utter?
