Also, do the doors of the capitol use electrostatic locking? Like metro hospitals?

 

Because I've worked in several area hospitals in the past, and all of them had electrostatically locking doors. When the marathon bombing happened , the hospital made a lockdown announcement and all of the egress doors automatically closed and locked.

 

So in order for the protesters to even enter, if those doors electrically lock, they need a command to open. And it's not just clicking a checkbox. it takes intent at the control center to activate.
