Evidence has come to light that the manipulation of votes during the U.S. election on Nov. 3 was carried out by a 25-year foreign service officer at the State Dept.

The man, identified in the recording as Stefano Serafini, reportedly retired from the State Dept. the day before the election so he would still be able to collect his pension.
The manipulation was carried out from the second floor of the U.S. Embassy in Rome using military satellites owned and operated by Leonardo SpA, a defense, aero-space and cybersecurity firm akin to U.S.-based Lockheed Martin.
Voting information was allegedly sent through servers in Frankfurt, Germany, to Rome, Italy, where they were manipulated. The manipulated votes where then uploaded to the Leonardo satellites, and then beamed back to voting machines in states.
The revelations were made in a recording apparently made by Maria Zack, Chairwoman of NationsInAction.org, a government accountability advocacy group. It’s also being reported that immediately after posting a link to the audio, the group’s Twitter page was suspended.
