Chinese Government employees, in China, who travel internationally for work are getting "the vaccine". So are their families.

The wife of one such government employee is goes to get a vaccine.

Doctor: "Have you been pregnant yet?"

Her: "No but I intend to in the future."

Doctor: "Then I don't advise you to do this."
