he sounds a confused about how to proceed as anyone else. I don't purport to have an answer, but what he suggests needs to be done is exactly what people have been trying to do for years and still we find ourselves in this place and time. He says what we have been doing is not working and we need to change our tactics, but just lists the tactics already employed. There is only one tactic that I can see that has not been employed in our countries current iteration of taking a run at making a society that works. There is nothing new under the sun it appears and while we were able to subdue most of the forces of physical nature, the unseen powers of social cooperation are once again ready to extract their vengeance on humanity. May God have mercy on our souls.
