-culmination of attack on our institutions of democracy

-inciting mob to attack capitol

-trying to use mob to silence voices of nearly 160 million Americans

-our democratic institutions not relic of another age

-they are guardrails of our democracy

-that's why there's no president who is king

-judiciary doesn't serve will of the presidency

-we have three co-equal branches of gov't

-justice is blind

-we saw clear failure to carry out equal justice
