A good punishment, IMO, would be to outfit GS with scuba gear. Bind him so he cant take it off. Add a weight to his ankles. Toss him in the ocean.
Scuba gear would be so he doesnt drown. Just keeps falling and falling. The light would go out from the surface rather quickly. He would keep falling. Still breathing. Into infinite darkness until eventually the pressure gets so high he's literally crushed to death in complete dark isolation.
