My best guess at this point is that Ratcliffe will confirm foreign intervention by China, and maybe Durham will confirm foreign intervention by the royals, and the conspiracy to physically harm Trump and his family members will be revealed to the public, leading to at least one high level arrest in the two remaining weeks and maybe somehow invoke continuity of government protocol or some other emergency protocol that will prevent the handover of power and instead put the military in charge. The US will go through a temporary state of hopefully just limited martial law during the storm.

Mattis and Kelly could actually be on our side and take over important functions to counter the narrative that it's a coup d'etat by Trump. Also Sessions and Rogers and Huber might play important roles.

Once more and more will be revealed throughout the storm people will finally accept the fact that Trump won the election and things can go to normal while the tribunals will last the entire second term of the Trump presidency.
