In b4 concernfagging… I'm trying to think logically about how Trump will be legally inaugurated on Jan 20th.

My family (all staunch conservatives, but not Q followers) are convinced the election was stolen, but they don't see how there's any constitutional remedy now that congress as certified the election for Biden. Can anons help me think through the options Trump has now?

Here's what I have brainstormed so far…what am I missing?

Option 1 (not an option):

Trump claims he is legitimate winner of the election and seizes power on the 20th. Aside from the fact that Trump's recent statement rules this out, it also seems contrary to everything the Q team has been doing (i.e., following the letter of the law).

Option 2 (doubtful as written):

Trump invokes martial law, rounds up the traitors, and sets them before military tribunals. The traitors, including Biden, Kamala, and others in the line of succession are executed and Trump calls a new election. Okay, this sounds more like Q, but still doesn't include any constitutional validation of Trump as the next president (removing Biden does not on its own make Trump the president-elect, right?). Also, the timescale doesn't make sense with Trump's statement today about an "orderly transition on January 20th"…you would think even military tribunals would need more time.

Option 3 (also doubtful):

Biden concedes to Trump, and Trump becomes the next president by default. Ignoring what it would take to extract a valid concession from Biden and the deep state, you also have the issue of whether a concession carries any weight if Biden has already been certified as the president-elect…

Option 4 (most likely?):

Trump clearly reveals who the traitors are and what they did to steal the election, invokes martial law and postpones the inauguration until the military courts can make sure the election is validly counted and certified. Seems the most constitutionally valid to this anon, with some grey area about whether martial law can validly postpone the inauguration. How does this square with Trump's statement about an orderly transition on the 20th? Just spitballing here, but perhaps he meant something other than an orderly transition of power from one term to the next? Maybe an orderly transition from regular law (whatever the term is for that) to martial law?

Seems most logical to me, that is what option 4 was getting at. I'm just not sure what could legally allow the inauguration date to be moved. The 20th Amendment says it has to take place at noon on Jan 20th, right?

Wouldn't the fraud have to be legally acknowledged in some manner (e.g., by courts or military tribunals)?…it's a question of due process, right?

Also, suppose DECLAS proves fraud occurred. It doesn't mean that Trump is automatically president, right? Or does it? Wouldn't congress still need to certify him as the winner?

What do you mean by "cancelled" the election? Is this something he even has the authority to do?

Also, the idea that there are hidden legal actions that have taken place behind the scene is intriguing…not sure what is legally allowed or not in secret.
