First, it implies actors, actresses and a script.

What if the letter that everyone got at Bush's funeral was the script?

Pelosi: Invoke 25th Amendment

The second implication is that we are watching something that is like a movie. In this second version, there are no actors and actresses and there are no scripts. But there are plot twists and interesting habbenings. The end is still undecided. Bad guys aren't really known yet.
