Before invoking insurrection act, Potus must ask the insurgents to go home. He did that yesterday.
But this happened while the congress session was paused and the rats were hiding. It took them several hours to get back to work and continue the session.
My question is: IF Potus invoked secretly the insurrection act during those several hours congress paused the session, is the result of this session valid?
Is the session of congress valid if Potus had invoked the insurrection act a couple of hours earlier?
