>I think this is a call for We the People to pester our lawmakers and tell them to get off their asses and get it done
International law is different than domestic law. Under int'l law WE HAVE NO OBLIGATIONS TO THEM (just like Europe & Scandinavia) if they pass through "safe" countries and do not apply for asylum there
As far as domestic law, it will change, what is in place will be upheld - this is part of cleaning house. Another anon is trying to call attn to the judge in the Allison Mack case - for good reason
Judges appointed by previous presidents are anti-American and refuse to uphold the law. POTUS has ot get the plan to a place where they can be removed and replaced with Patriots.
Our "lawmakers" are comp'd and won't fix our domestic laws, instead relying on comp'd judges to stymie US law.
We will get there, though.
In the meantime, invoking int'l law in this situation is enough:
WE HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO THEM WHATSOEVER
