Many wanted peace and asked them to stay civil with us.. It was after the first pepper ball got shot were people starting to move fences and get upset. They were hitting women with batons… Some had some sense of clarity, others you could tell had ill intent. The SWAMP is most definitely within DC METRO and CAPITOL POLICE.
