All of the social media accounts for POTUS are under cabal control.
They put out the video, not POTUS.
It perfectly fulfills the role of a shill.
And something looks… off, about the movement of POTUS's head. And the audio has obviously been cut together.
The message is a counterfeit. A deepfake. A very well done fake. But not good enough.
