What if it's not a second Trump term but a new term with a new president? What if the plan is for Trump to no longer be POTUS but to serve some other role?

Honestly, not really sure. I'm just thinking about how Trump has seemed to switch people in and out of roles over the past 4 years. I wonder if it's his time to switch out of one role and into another…
I remember reading about a thriller novel written by a conservative in which the new "Free States" capital was Dallas. Probably a decent choice, if they can get the city cleaned up. (I'm a TXAnon; Dallas is as swampy/DS as big cities come.)
