the best we can hope for at this point is declass of so much shit right before Biden takes office that it makes his transition (by the public eye) horrible and the public calls him out on any shitty move he makes.

Trump is likely looking out for his family. The swamp is too deep, Biden/etc will probably promise him that they won't go after him if he just bows out. Same probably as how Hillary never got prosecuted. The cycle continues
