Pelosi is attempting to consolidate power to make herself the de facto permanent head of state of her new Democratic People's Republic of America dictatorship.
Currently, as Speaker of the House, she has no term limits on herself as a member of Congress, unlike a President or VP. She can use her Speaker's position to neuter the office of POTUS making Biden/Harris just a figurehead beholden to her demands.
So far…
1) She has forced the resignation of the House Sergeant at Arms
2) She has forced the resignation of the Chief of Capital police
3) She has called for the resignation/firing of all Capital police.
4) She attempted to "order" Pence to remove POTUS using the 25Aand hs tried to coerce the Executive Cabinet to support the effort.
5) She is attempting to speed ram an Impeachment of Trump to remove him before Jan 20th.
