With so many firearms in the country, what would happen if we are all so angry with declassified info that we would want to punish others for their actions?

What if we want to go out and fight orhestrated civil unrest, and end up in a civil war situation that opens the doors to the UN to send peace troops? Chinese troops under UN banner?
