Building up China and incrementally weakening the West over time is necessary to set the stage for the next world war. Weakening US infrastructure via low grade steel imports, changing the protocols how to respond to a 1st strike (response on launch), scrapping tactical nukes and thus leaving no alternative than to directly go thermonuclear, transferring nuclear and missile technology to both China and Russia, making Europe's energy grid dependent on Russian LNG imports etc etc etc … are all measures to level the playing field and to incentivize China and Russia to engage in a nuclear exchange (risk 1st strike) after FFs blamed on NK and/or Iran serve as triggers to kick off the conflict.
My suspicion is that the cabal wants to establish economic regions similar to the European Union all over the world after the mayhem resulting from nuclear exchange. In this scenario the US, China, and Russia cease to exists as independent nations and will be integrated into respective unions (e.g., North American Union, Eurasian Union, East-Asian Union).
