Someone [male] came up to him and there was a secret handshake

and then a "hand-off" made that was placed in his pocket, just like that

time at the WH where the Sheriff [female] gave the same secret

handshake with Pence and then "the hand-off" ensued.

Does anyone know who that Senator/Congressman was?
