My assertion is that the gifs and still-frames being used to show that the recent Trump speech was a deepfake used doctored images.
ie. someone took Trumps head from one frame, pasted it over his head on another frame so that it looked like both frames were identical. They were not. Compare it to the actual video as I have done.
The video I posted shows 2 frames that are as close as I could find to "identical" facial expressions around the timestamps that doctored images talk about and you can see from the 2 frames that the facial expressions are not identical.
