The situation is that two of the 3 branches of government have usurped the rights of the people.
The last branch to check them is the Executive branch.
The entire thing had to fail for the following to be possible:

There is a deadline though, 1/20/21.
If Trump remains president and they don't rush to impeach him. If Biden is sworn in and nothing happens by 11:59pm the same day, we will know.
No problem. By saying the deadline is 1/20/21, that's assuming that Biden actually is sworn in then.
I hope he doesn't concede and that he upholds his Constitutional duty.
Nothing goes the way anyone here has expected, but I'm sure that's by design. If we could figure it all out so could they.
