Had/still do have a PACER account. Racked up a $500 tab when I was digging appellate cases (those briefs are LONG and it piles up at 10 cents/page), decided it was bad fucking news for my wallet so paid it off and haven't used it since. Don't even remember my login and password.
Hah I'd use it if I could just fucking remember my login and pass. No recompense. Fee exemption would be cool but I'm not holding my breath. It shouldn't cost money though because they're federal courts. There's a class action lawsuit relating to PACER fees.
