I think that Thomas Wictor is not who he appears to be. He says that he has PTSD from combat, but that is not the whole story. His tweets show that he has the capabilities of a HIGH-FUNCTIONING AUTIST similar to what we see in Aspergers or in Idiot-Savants.
I don't think that Thomas is simply looking at public videos and interpreting them for us. That is a secondary role. I think Thomas is part of a team of autists who, working in secret, figured out what was really going on in the world and uncovered the layers of deception so that Military Intelligence could get a true and accurate view of the situation and learn where to put pressure to fix things.
And after his work was done, he was allowed to write and tweet about events using videos as triggers. MI releases videos and tells him to look at them, when they are ready to have an op UNVEILED.
This is part of the new world order, the new style of military, where special forces are the main tool of war and their operations are based on SOLID intelligence, not the lies that formerly came out of the CIA.
