Tech question about Twitter:

(I do not have a Twitter account)

Is there an easy way to download a copy of a Twitter account's recent tweets, or last 1000 tweets, or something like that?

I'd like to be able to quickly capture/archive material that seems important, and since Twitter nukes accounts like popcorn, that calls for pre-awareness of how to execute a data capture.

Most information about capturing data from Twitter focuses on (a) your own account, or (b) a single thread, or (c) a video, none of which are relevant here (looking for capturing the text from someone else's public tweets, across all posts not a single thread)
