Israel will have to exercise sovereignty over its whole territory which means that Palestinians will have to be considered full Israeli citizens including the right to vote, the obligation to serve in the military, and freedom of religion. This will lead to a VERY DIFFERENT ISRAELI state.
The day of the Jewish state is over in Israel. On the ground, observers in the country know this has already happened in Israeli society.
