Imagine a prosecutor at the end of a case. He can't tell you what happened, so he writes down some notes and puts them online. Later on, the case goes to trial and his notes start to make sense. As the case progresses you understand more of the note. It's the future (now) proving the past (writings). Much, but certainly not all of what Q wrote is like this. Explanative as opposed to predictive.
