Since we're talking movies how about a look at Crimson Tide, Anon?

USN Ballistic missile submarine has its command split after receiving a partial Emergency Action Message (EAM). Command is split because the CO wants to launch nukes in response to a partial EAM. The XO, however, does not agree that a partial EAM should be acted upon.

Part of the crew, including the CO, pushed that the EAM is valid and demands action. Consider these 'EAM loyalists'.

This Q post is addressing a split in US MIL command. Q is posting red lines as a warning to one side. Here are the red lines that must not be crossed:

EAM LOYALISTS:

RED1: POTUS twitter removal

RED2: Central communications blackout [continental US]

RED3: CLAS movement PELOSI or PENCE

RED4: Movement of MIL assets [10th Mountain_1st Marine_CPSD_Marine_QVIR] to central locations under guise of citizen riot control.

RED5: NAT MIL COM CEN

RED6: SEC OF DEF _instruct1

James Madison Project v. Department of Justice

β€œTwitter is not just an official channel of communication for the President; it is his most important channel of communication,” the judge concluded in a decision with implications for how elected officials throughout the country use social media platforms to communicate with constituents.

(Anons will recognize another POTUS set up in order to establish a precedent:)

"The decision Monday leaves in place a unanimous three-judge panel ruling from July. The court held that because the president uses his Twitter account to conduct official government business, he cannot exclude voices or viewpoints with which he disagrees."
