There are a lot of shell companies on pinksheets. Not as many as several years ago when it was the wild west. Although there are legit companies trading on this venue, it attracts many very shady characters too. The shady ones always claim to have big contracts with the gov when there are none.
The CIA is not going to pick up or be associated with a non-reporting pinkie.
