To gab or to parler?

Gab is being slammed with new users right now so good luck trying to do anything there til they get enough infrastructure to handle all the users. I don't like them using cloudflare because doesn't cloudflare hate patriots? Or was that said to keep someone off their backs?

You can close your own gab account anytime you want.

Parler was crap when I tried it over the summer and still has not let me close my account there. HUGE RED FLAG that was not spelled out in their TOS at the time or I would have never set up a parler account.

Codemonkey knows his tech stuff and when he warned about Parler, people wisely listened. When he tried to ask Bongino about things, silence was his reply. Parler said codemonkey was "butthurt" when CM reported his findings on Parler along with how Parler makes it very easy for people to set up fake accounts in ie Codemonkey's name.

Definitely read the boring TOS for both sites - and any site - before you sign up for it/them.
