Sounds good here. Bottom line with SSL is there will always be a way to bypass any errors. No factor in my calculations.

Any infrastructure you want to keep should be locally hosted.

I think the outage will be total, though I am preparing for shitty roadblocks.

I've got a server downloaded with all the necessary software to host XMPP, HTTPD, SMTP, POP, SSH shells "PINE" email / BBS functionality.

Got packet radio capability locally, encrypted w/ keybase, piped through a psk app over ham.
