Under what grounds can he do this? Martial Law or National Emergency? I'm not versed enough to know where to even look for something this deep.
Is there one military leader who is in power? Does he run the nation at this time, is it split up?

I mean, I know all of this, but under what guidelines would the Presidency be GIVEN to the military and what would that look like.
I personally have thought we were under Martial Law the minute the MIL made those moves behind POTUS Day 1, but, I've never heard of the Presidency being held in trust by the military before.
