There still seems to be a few scenes left in the movie before the final scene when POTUS gets up off the mat for the final time to hit the deep state so hard out of the ring that they end up in Gitmo.

Q told us that it needed to be brought to the precipice for everyone to see and truly seek change. Right now everyone(especially those that voted for biden and didn't really understand what they were voting for) is getting a taste of what life would be like under communist rule.
