Like we've seen before, Trump lets them do the crime to fall into their own trap. It could be that they're going to let the traitors inaugurate Biden on the 20th (which would seal their crime of a coup). Only then can the military step in to rectify according to the EO, Insurrection act etc… Meanwhile, Trump may have already declassed, and will sit back while this happens, emerging shortly after. The optics will appear more as the military doing something independently to defend the constitution rather than Trump acting as a dictator.
