From what I remember…
This person originally impersonated CM on Parler and even had CM's photo up. Somehow, Parler had authenticated this guy pretending to be CM. CM had a hell of a time contacting Parler and getting it resolved. He called Bongino out on it on Twitter. Bongino's response made him and Parler look bad imho. Finally, Parler just made it private or something. They didn't deactivate/delete the account, which is what I think CM wanted. The fact that it's resurrected makes it seem like Parler is trying to screw with the Q-related narrative on Parler, now that lots of people have moved there.
CM really can't stand Parler, especially after this happened. He's spoken about it numerous times. He's not on there and seems to have no intention of being. He did a recent post calling it out as being on Amazon servers and anticipating that it's just a short time until they're de-platformed from the server side.
Need to update anyone on this who wasn't paying attention to the exchange when it happened on Twatter, b/c now that CM is not on Twatter, it's harder to look back and see what happened with this.
