What's all this business about White Hats using the Capitol siege as cover in obtaining Pelosi's laptop nonsense?
If her laptop was stolen by ANYONE, anything on the laptop or anything on the laptop which led to materials sought to be used against her who be inadmissible as 'evidence' in any legal proceeding ("fruits of the poisonous tree"). However, IF a valid WARRANT was presented by a PO or federal agent, the Capitol Police at the entrance way to Pelosi's "Hallway" would have to have been served with a copy of said warrant before the officer or agent took it from her office.
But we know that USAF Veteran Ashli Babbitt was allegedly shot and later allegedly died at this same guarded entrance way. After reviewing all the evidence, IMO, Ms. Babbitt is alive an well after acting in the FF of her "shooting". It seems that any search warrant served during that entire event would have been publicly known and would have been a huge deal as it would add support to the claim that Trump was behind the break in at the Capitol.
Since we haven't heard that any such thing took place, logic would dictate that any panic Peolosi is experiencing due to the loss of her laptop, would be from anyone discovering the contents, which though inadmissible against her in any legal action, would nonetheless deal her quite a setback.
The entire issue of "parallel construction" raised here has ALWAYS bothered me. If we know that the NSA is recording EVERYTHING but that none of the gazillions of bits of info could EVER be LEGALLY used absent a duly predicated warrant, then WHY is the NSA allowed to record everything to begin with? Has the NSA (GCHQ), prior to Jan 2017, just been the greatest blackmail, extortion and other illegal activities, e.g., insider trading, competitive advantage for the highest bidder, theft of intellectual property, or global political negotiations, strategy and brinkmanship, etc.?
Why the hell is the NSA sitting on proof of every act of treason and sedition, and other major crimes ever perpetrated LIKE THE THEFT OF THE 2020 ELECTION and the Dems/GOP Treasonous activities with China and last, THE WHOLESALE TRAFFICKING OF CHILDREN if there is NOTHING that can be done about it???
